Shipping And Handling All tiles are sent first class Royal Mail post and tiles are sent by express courier.
Delivery Schedule

We will normally send you your order within six weeks. International orders may take slightly longer.

Please contact Kate Glanville if you require an earlier delivery time for murals or tiles.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Each item is individually glazed and painted by the artist and the nature of the hand painted ceramic process means that there may be minor color and design variations on each tile. Minor imperfections can be characteristic of the process and add to the unique, hand crafted feel of the product.
